Invoices will be mailed to all homes. If you need an invoice,  you can simply print it off this Invoice Form   (pdf format or printer button) complete it and send it in along with you check.

The Board has voted to keep annual dues at $35.00 per household.  The dues are used to cover entrances insurance and cleaning costs, they also got to support all other activities like the Summer BBQ, new residents welcome baskets, holiday's luminary and carriage rides, newsletters, directory, flyers, postage, legal fees and website hosting costs. It is still a great bargain to be a member for only $35.00 per year.   Many if not all these activities are performed by member residents to help keep cost down.
