City of Reynoldsburg Speed Petition for Slate Ridge Blvd. & Farmsbury Dr.
As part of our Slate Ridge HOA, I have created an online Petition Form for the 174 homes in our map below to help gather interest from all the Slate Ridge Residents. Keep in mind this form is merely to show our interest in participating on the next meeting as stated by the mayor in the letter below. I will share and forward the results with the City to show our interest. We MUST Attend the next meeting to voice our interest still.
For Security Reasons the form has been encrypted and password protected. This form is ONLY for the 174 homes in the Subdivision Map. You must follow the Slate Ridge Association access instructions below. Requests outside the map will be ignored. There is a LIMIT of 1 submission per Household, MULTIPLE submissions will be DISCARDED.
